Hello, I am Melissa, certified wedding planner with CWP Society.

My journey began when I realized how much joy I found in helping my sister-in-law on her wedding day, after that I decided to turn my passion into a career. 

I feel so fortunate to help couples create the wedding of their dreams. My mission is to ensure every couple feels supported, heard, and celebrated on their special day. 

I'm also a caregiver who loves supporting the elderly. I have a passion for antiques, enjoy exploring natural remedies, and find joy in gardening, sitting by a campfire, and spending time with family.

Hi, I'm Stacey, a certified wedding planner with the CWP Society. 

With years of experience in the wedding industry, I love creating authentic, storytelling wedding experiences that reflect each couples style and vision. 

When not planning weddings, you'll find me with my husband and two boys fishing, camping, going to hockey practice and developing our 40 acres right here in Wasilla. 

I believe every love story is unique and beautiful and I am honored to be able to create lasting memories.

Payment Terms:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event date. 

Do we charge a wear and tear fee?

 

Yes - to keep our collection looking its best for every event, we apply 10% wear and tear fee to each rental order. This covers natural aging and maintenance of our inventory so we can continue providing beautiful pieces for your events. 

Delivery & Pickup Details:

Delivery is available for all rental bookings and is scheduled based on your event location and setup needs. 

Delivery fees apply and are based on your event location and distance from our base. Exact fees will be provided in your custom quote.

Pickup is scheduled for the same evening after your event or the following morning, depending on your venue and timeline. 

​

If someone other than the client is handling pickup, they must read and agree to the terms of our rental contract and assume full responsibility for all items. 

​

​All rentals must be returned in the condition they were delivered. Any damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.
